Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Phosgene. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below to understand our process and eligibility criteria.
1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to, personal care products, and clearance items. Please check the product description for details.
2. Initiating a Return

Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@phosgene.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Processing Returns

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

Refund: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not in stock, we will process a refund instead.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@phosgene.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
